Conditions for use of web pages by the company Pramacom Prague spol. s r.o.

1. General Provisions

Thereby, Pramacom Prague spol. s r.o. issues conditions and legal restrictions for use of Internet pages (hereinafter referred to as the conditions) on the following address: www.pramacom.cz and on further registered addresses – hereinafter referred to as pages.
These conditions apply for all persons, who intent to use or are using Internet pages (hereinafter referred to as the users). The operator of the Internet pages on the stated addresses is the company Pramacom Prague spol. s r.o. with its registered office at Na Pískách 36/1667, Prague 6, Id. No.: 18630782, Tax Id. No.: CZ 18630782, registered at the Registration court in Prague, file number: 3992, (hereinafter referred to as the operator), which is authorized to carry out the law of property to these internet pages in accordance with the act no. 121/2000 Coll., on copyright, rights related to copyrights, and on amendments of some acts (hereinafter referred to as the copyright act).

2. Use of Internet Pages

It is prohibited to use the pages (as a whole or as their individual parts) otherwise than for own needs without approval of the operator. Other types of use are subject to the previous approval of the operator in accordance with the copyright act.
Access and use of Internet pages is free of charge.
It is prohibited to interfere anyhow in the content or the technical base of pages without approval of the operator. Only the operator is authorized to make decisions on changes, removals, or amendments to any part of the pages.

3. Refusal and Limitation of Liability

Information published on Internet pages result from information provided by operator of the pages and partners of the company Pramacom Prague spol. s r.o. The operator is not liable for correctness and completeness of information included on these internet pages. The operator may carry out changes of information published on these internet pages anytime and without previous notification. The operator is not liable for any possible losses that may arise to users in connection with use of the pages.
The operator takes over certain information published on internet pages from other sources, which are mentioned.
Further, the operator is not liable for the content of third persons’ internet pages, which may be visited through the operator’s pages. The operator is not also liable for advertisements or other form of propagation carried out by any third person by means of operator’s internet pages.

4. Concluding Provisions

Disclosure of any data or information on web pages with the exception of these conditions has no character of any legal act, unless otherwise explicitly stipulated in individual cases.
Only a statutory representative is authorized to modify or amend these conditions. Current conditions for use of internet pages are valid and effective on the day of their publication.
